I read the Day of Confession by Allan Folsum and enjoyed it so I thought I should try The Day After Tomorrow (Ubermorgen). A GREAT decision!

This lengthy (a good thing) novel is a flowing epic of action. I found it to be captivating and highly entertaining. What I really liked was that the book is actually a series of related mini adventures headed to the development of the central theme.

I found this novel to be a great mystery. I thought I had the ending figured out many times. I could not have been more wrong. Maybe I am a easily fooled but I did not have a clue as to the ending until the LAST sentence in the book. WHAT AN ENDING! Take my warning and do NOT look at the last page until reading the entire novel.

My actual rating is 4.5 stars due to some somewhat unbelievable plot issues.
